Services
Attic Insulation
We install loose-fill, batt, and spray foam insulation in attics to improve energy efficiency and comfort. Our technicians seal ducts and install radiant barriers to maximize thermal performance. Serving residential and commercial properties, we ensure proper R-value calculations and compliance with building codes.
Crawl Space Insulation
Our crawl space insulation services include sealing air leaks, installing vapor barriers, and applying thermal insulation to prevent moisture issues and energy loss. We address ventilation needs and use high-quality materials to enhance indoor air quality and reduce utility costs.
Wall Insulation
We provide wall insulation for new construction and retrofit projects, using fiberglass, cellulose, and spray foam materials. Our process involves drilling access holes to inject insulation, improving thermal efficiency while minimizing sound transmission between rooms and outdoor environments.
Energy Audit
Our BPI-certified professionals conduct comprehensive energy audits using blower door tests and thermal imaging to identify air leaks and insulation gaps. We provide actionable recommendations to optimize energy performance and reduce heating/cooling costs for homeowners.
Attic Cleanup
We offer complete attic cleaning services, removing debris, rodent droppings, and damaged insulation. Our team sanitizes spaces, seals entry points, and installs new insulation to restore attic functionality while improving home energy efficiency and indoor air quality.

Diamond certified?
Met with them to help with my insulation for my attic. Professional and courteous, said they would able to give me a quote ASAP since we met and potentially start Monday. Texted them Saturday asked if they work and if I could expect a quote said they would get it to me same day. Fast forward to Tuesday havent heard anything back generally if a contractor of any sort says they will do something and dont you can bet your pants thats how they will operate on the job.

Johnsons did incredible work. In less than a week, we went from zero insulation in a messy attic to R38 installed at a much lower price than we expected and on-quote. The owner came by the next day to verify everything was done properly, too. Wed recommend them to anyone.
