I am a buyer who closed on a condo yesterday that was represented by Ron Wynn and his team. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Throughout the entire process, they have been rude, unaccommodating and completely uncaring about my experience and making sure that I am getting what I need and what is mine after spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on a new home. To start, the agent wasn't at the condo for the first showing which is somewhat common but, in this case, there was critical information (the owner had cats and I am deathly allergic) that I didn't find out until after

Does do a good job of marketing houses for sell. Ron looks the same as he has for the past 20 years! Though I would question his ethics and being trustworthy. Ron will get your house sold but so will many other agents.

This man is the rudest human I've ever met. He may appear nice in order to get your business but, after that, you will find that he is completely untrustworthy. He's a liar and treats people very badly when he has no use for them which is an indication of very bad or no character.

I interviewed multiple Realtors before selecting Ron Wynn. As a commercial/residential real estate appraiser myself, I knew what skills I was looking for in a Realtor. Ron was a good communicator and was easily accessible when needed. He listed to my concerns and questions and demonstrated an ability to respond with patience and guidance based on his experience and knowledge of the area.
