My incoming flight was an hour late, so I missed my scheduled pick up by Rocket. When I had trouble connecting to the driver the office took over for me, called the drivers and made new arrangements for my pick up at SeaTac on the next trip.
The office called me back to verify all had been arranged so I felt well taken care of and I admired the wonderful customer service. I rode with Christian and he is just the nicest driver I've encountered in quite awhile - and I travel a lot! Way to go Christian! Rocket Transportation is the ONLY true DOOR to DOOR shuttle serving Washington's Beautiful North Olympic Peninsula.

Adult Fares: Published fares are adult fares and apply to passengers who have reached or passed their 15th birthday. Children's Fares: Children 2-14 will pay the ordinary adult rate discounted by fifty percent (50%) - maximum three children under 12 per adult traveler. Carrier reserves the right to not transport unaccompanied minors under the age of 15.

Rocket Transportation is your North Olympic Peninsula SeaTac and More transportation option. Per our operating authority our shared service is closed door from the Hood Canal Bridge to Seattle. This means that a person be picked up in Clallam or East Jefferson County to be dropped off in Kiitsap, Pierce, or King Counties.
