Apparently the VA No longer has a contract through the transportation company we’ve used a handful of times So when I called Medstar this morning to confirm the ride I was on hold off and on for 40 min, they couldn’t find the scheduled ride. They finally found the ride and assured me that they’d show up at the scheduled time. They never showed. I… called medstar and was put on a 25 min hold so they could figure out what happened, then the call was disconnected. Called back and they don’t know what happened. Once drug test clears you receive several emails to get the onboarding started. Someone is always available to help if you run into problems or have questions.
