This was my first experience buying a car at a small local owned business. There was no pressure to buy a car, no push toward the newest or most expensive on the lot like my past experiences at big corporate dealerships. Teresa and Don listened to me and my needs and would answer questions honestly. Every detail was written out and explained so I could easily understand where the money goes. Customer service is above and beyond. I really enjoyed this experience, and cant imagine doing business anywhere else. Thank you both so much for your time and expertise!

After shopping at a couple other used car lots we came upon Troxell Auto mainly because they had a vehicle of interest to us. What we found was not only a great car but a different experience than we had elsewhere. Don and Teresa are great.
