John in the service department really made me feel confident in the service requirements. He got me in when the other dealership couldn't. He got me in for service in one day. The other dealership needed 2 weeks! Everyone in the service department was friendly & very professional. If you need your Buick serviced, Ganley is the way to go. Also, he helped me with a good price!

I was visiting my family from out of state when I noticed an oil puddle beneath my 2020 GMC Sierra ... during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Ganley got me into their service department within two hours of my phone call. Their techs found no leaks from my truck and Ganley refused to charge me anything for their service. Very refreshing to be treated that well these days!
