A native of England, Mr. Sullivan holds a bachelor's degree in education from the University of Durham, a master's degree in educational management from the University of Bath, and a master's degree in independent school leadership from Columbia University.During his career, Mr. Sullivan has served as an administrator and teacher at independent schools in England, Kenya, Virginia, Connecticut, and Washington State.
