
White Salmon Baking Company is located just off the main street in White Salmon, WA right across the Columbia from Hood River. The bakery is owned and operated by Jure Poberaj and Nina Jimenez. Offered are a variety of breakfast and mid-day pastries, artisanal bread, and celebration cakes using the highest quality ingredients.
We are lucky to be neighbors with small farms and orchards and take full advantage of farm fresh produce and rare heirloom varietals not commonly found elsewhere. The bread baking process starts with minimal ingredients including flour sourced from small-scale Pacific Northwest mills. Loaves are naturally leavened aided by wild yeast unique to the gorge region.

Our wine list is a carefully curated selection of wines that include some of our favorites. Most all of the wines come from small producers-many of whom are friends. They're master makers who have a dedicated passion for the land they farm and the wines they produce. We love good wine and believe in the integrity of the craft.
