All of the meat we buy, with the exception of certain exotic items shipped from all over the world, are delivered fresh in our stores up to six days per week. We source some of our beef, veal, pork, lamb, and poultry from regional farms! However, due to the demand for particular cuts versus local supply chains, we do look elsewhere for much of our meat.

In our two butcher shops you will find a large selection of USDA Prime and Choice Beef, Steak Tips and Ground Beef. Many of our prime cuts are offered with our specialty rubs and marinades. All of our meat is hand trimmed and cut in our butcher shops and we make all our own sausage too. Our butchers are knowledgeable and can answer any questions you have about the best way to prepare, and store, your meat.

All the meat you need to make a delicious meal can be at the ready with a Freezer Filler from Primal. Our butchers hand-cut and select the meat that goes into each order, ensuring peak freshness and quality. Just thaw your desired portion whenever you're ready to fire up your grill, oven or slow cooker.
Delivery

We offer local home delivery for anyone that lives within 10 miles of any of our store locations for a flat fee of $10 per delivery. Home delivery orders are safely packed in an insulated cooler bag, or box, with gel ice packs. Because we want to ensure that you receive your order at its freshest, we prefer to deliver directly to you.
