The need for healthier food options became crucial in 2015 with the increased rehabilitation work being down in Downtown Albany. Charissa Tonkin and her Father, Chris Pratt, saw an opportunity to bring healthy food options, smoothies, juices and local products to those working and living in Downtown Albany.
