Stan began his career in Telecommunications in 1983 with United Artists Cable TV which served the Effingham Illinois area with video services. He went on to serve as Plant Manager of the area, then in 1995 he accepted a position in Vincennes Indiana as the Operations Manager. In 1998 he headed for Columbia Tennessee for 3 years serving Charter Communications systems as an Area Manager.
