The management company are sharks. I stayed at this location for 12 months on a 14 month lease never late. I had to move out before the 14 month was over. Gave the rental company plenty of notice they were able to move someone in a couple of weeks after I left. I was advised this would be the best option to move out soon as possible vs waiting until my lease was up. Once I moved out I was billed for two months' rent even though Someone moved in a couple of weeks after I left. It was less than two months on the lease I paid for twelve months. Nice & Quiet, perfect place to stay to get away from the noisy city sounds. They have lovey trails for you to walk and theyre pet friendly!

I dont recommend this apartment. I just moved in within a week. The bathtub drain has been nearly clogged since the day I moved in. The water pressure in the apartment is very low. My service request for maintenance is being ignored and the manager is not responding to my email about the request. Also, the toilet was dirty and the bedroom door had cracks when I moved in. This is what they advertise as luxury living from every angle. In addition to that, my upstair neighbors stomped everywhere in the home which sounds like an elephant wearing concrete shoes and other neighbors play loud
