This is my second year living at West 10 and it has been nothing short of amazing. The rooms are spacious, and the property is beautiful. We even have an on site convenience store that I find very useful on days I don’t feel like going out to get a quick drink or snack. Amoni was very helpful with my questions and concerns, and the staff is always pleasant and willing to help. 10/10 would recommend!

Where do I start? I absolutely love west 10. I’ve been a resident at west 10 for 2 years and I wouldn’t have it any other way. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, and my favorite part is definitely the walk in closet. The staff in the office (April, Dylan, and Jacobey just to name a few) are beyond helpful and have made my home away from home feel special. Apartments do have issues, we live in them and tear stuff up, but the maintenance staff are extremely quick and diligent in getting work orders completed. I recommend West 10 apartments to any college student looking for great amenities

I’m on my second year living here and just resigned for a third. I absolutely love it, it’s such a great place to live!!! The amenities that come with it are also super great! The gym is nice and clean, same with the pool and indoor office area. The study rooms are almost always open and such a good environment for getting work done. There’s also a mini 24/7 store with food, drinks, basic toiletries, and so much more! Definitely recommend living here, I love it!!!

West 10 Tallahassee is an affordable, clean, and friendly apartment complex, just minutes from both the Florida State campus and the TTC campus. I am a current resident of two years now and have loved my experience here for many reasons. The on-property leasing agents are here to assist with any needs as well as a maintenance team who is just a phone call away. Parking is never an issue with the abundance of spots West 10 has. Lastly the amenities offered are great including a pool table, a movie room, and my personal favorite - the gym. Looking forward years to come at West 10.

West 10 is an amazing apartment complex. It is so spacious and they do a very good job when placing roommates together. I have 2 random roommates and we get along so well. They are very helpful and responsive when it comes to any questions about amenities. I have no complaint whatsoever and I recommend this apartment complex, especially when first moving to tallahassee.

Living at west 10 is the best! I’m a freshman this year and although this is my first apartment that I’ve lived in, it has been the best first home for me. The complex is very welcoming and all the residents are so friendly. I’m currently living with my sister who’s a senior. She has lived in a bunch of other complex’s and this one has by far been… her fav. They have a game room, cinema, gym and many other cool amenities. My favorite part about west 10 is how interactive they are with their residents. They hold many events in the club house like movie nights

My experience at West 10 has been one to remember. I absolutely love living here and could not think about anywhere else to live. Everyone is super friendly and kind to one another that it’s like one big family. All the activities that they provide for us residents are really nice from free food to social events! All the amenities and extras that they give it makes me never want to leave this place. This apartment complex is one of the best places that I have ever lived!

West 10 is the best student housing in Tallahassee. The rooms are HUGE and include a queen size bed (majority of student housing only has full size beds). The common area is also incredibly spacious. My favorite part about the floor plans are the connected bathrooms and walk-in closets. My freshman year I lived in an apartment in college town and… absolutely hated it. West 10 exceeded my expectations and I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone. West 10 has been a great living environment for me and my roommates. I moved into a 4x4 and was so nice move in day. the rooms, bathrooms and closet are very spacious and we all are very satisfied with the rooms we picked. West 10 facility is always very nice and helpful whenever me or my roommates had to go in the office, and they are always open… to help out if there is a problem or if i have any questions. The amenities are all very nice. My favorite is the hot tub and the gym, which the gym is 24 hours so if you work and have school you can go whenever you can. I recommend staying here

Living at west 10 has been a wonderful experience. moving here as a college freshman and now being on my own. west 10 has been a great experience moving in to a 4x4 and it being fully furnished and being pre cleaned the rooms are pretty big along with the closet space and bathroom and the location is great it’s close to everything and even a walking distance if you attend TCC. west 10 also has a gate and a security guard that patrol’s the area.

West 10 Apartments is an amazing friendly community to live in. I moved in to a 4by4 apartment this year as a freshman in college and my personal experience has been really good. The apartment came pre cleaned and fully furnished. I had no issues other than my dish washer not working and maintenance came the very next day to come fix it, and ever… since I haven’t had a problem with it. It's okay for a first time apartment. During the visitation they make it seem like something it's not. Move in was terrible, I signed up for "express move in" and paid my rent early for it to be anything but express. I've filed numerous noise complaints that have had nothing done about them. My room was disgusting when I moved in, the base boards in the kitchen are broken, the sliding screen door is broken, the tiles are cracked, and the "wood" floors are just plastic. A lot of this damage is possibly from my roommate who was living here before I moved in but

This coming from a parent who supported West 10 going on year 2 this will be my daughter FINAL year staying here. Let's start with the utilities... My daughter's rent is around $649 a month but with Utilities I end up paying $809 mainly because of utilities.. she has had numerous audits done which are no help. We are from Miami Fl and my utilities never exceed $180 and it is just me and my other daughter there and we keep our Air conditioner on 70 degrees basically all year long. You would think they would start offering Capped utilities for STUDENTS but that is something they don&apos

I had an incredible experience with West 10. I've spent time at other college apartments and this is by far the best. Resident appreciation events every week, maintenance was fast, office is very friendly and rent is cheap for the quality. Gate system sucks but I lived deep enough back there to feel safe. Most importantly NO MYSTERIOUS MOVE OUT CHARGES. I would always recommend West 10 to anyone.

West 10 was a great place to live. The fact that it is gated in made me feel very safe but the gate was broken more often than not. I heard about break ins in the complex but never had issues or felt uncomfortable. The place was fairly dirty when I moved in but was re cleaned immediately upon my request. I had a very good experience with maintenance here. My AC went out one night at 9PM and emergency maintenance came out and installed each of my roommates a window unit for the night until they could fix the main unit. Please be warned of West 10 Apartments and The Collier Companies. Since I have moved in my experience has been terrible. The gates malfunction, the apartment was filthy, multiple parts of the floor were damaged and never fixed after multiple requests, there is still water damage on the ceiling. an open condom was under my bed when I moved in, parts of my roommate's bed were missing, and their gate caused $3,000 in damage to my truck which they are refusing to fix. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

While the apartment complex is very nice, and the rooms are quite spacious. The management is complete and udder trash. My packages have been lost for days, whenever I have any questions I'm met with arguments or excuses, and the utilities are a scheme, and the management talks about resident problems with other residents. I will not be renewing here- it is the first month and I've had more than a dozen problems here.

Where do I even start. Upon move in our apartment was filthy. We had a ant problem and when we finally got pest control to come out they blamed us for it (hadn't even lived there for a month?) Fridge leaks, sink was leaking and there was mold under our sink upon move in. A leg of my bed frame was rusted and my bed collapsed while I was on it. Really the only positives are the gym, computer room with a printer, and the pool. The size of the apartments are great but really need to be inspected upon move out.

West 10 is a pretty cool place to live! I live in a 4/4 and the rooms and bathrooms are huge! Plenty of space in the kitchen and living room as well. Everything is pretty modern and kept up well. The office is very attentive to residents and what we like as college students (i.e. free food, pool parties, etc.). Every time I have had a problem, the office has done a pretty good job of attending to it. My only complaint is about neighbors, but I expected loudness and rudeness at a college apartment community.
