I lived here my senior year, and I wish I would have known about it sooner. For a 1/1 in that area, you will not be able to find a cheaper option.
Also, management and maintenance are excellent. I had issues with my heating when I first moved in, and the manager replaced my entire HVAC system without any hassle; she is fantastic! One of the best and affordable apartments to stay at. Been here for two years. If you don't mind the medium sound of cars driving down west Pensacola st, you are sorted.
