I have been at Copperfield Apartments for over 6 yrs and love it. They are very friendly. They were very helpful when my husband and I moved from out of state, helped me find the location when coming into Fort Worth. They also helped us with relocating to a new apartment and were very helpful when since my husband passed away.

I have lived at Copperfield for over 6 yrs and love it. The staff are awesome and go out of their way to help. They went out of there way when we moved here from PA, where there for me when I lost my husband 3 yrs ago and have helped me out with anything I needed since. I definitely recommend Copperfield Apartments in Fort Worth, Texas!!

Just got moved in and the experience was a breeze! The staff here have been super helpful in being available and answering any and every question. We have worked mostly with Courtney and she has been a blessing! Upon moving into our apartment, we have been pleasantly surprised by the awesome sunroom feature with great windows, the very well-maintained pool, the overall quietness of the complex, and the quickness of maintenance to respond to a hiccup we had. Very happy to have found this affordable place with a nice location!

I have lived here on and off since early 2015 with my then-boyfriend/now-husband(and child). Our current manager was a leasing agent here back then! We always come back whenever we dare to stray, as we are impressed by the office staff and maintenance team. They take care of us like family! We love it here!

I moved to Fort Worth a year ago and was fortunate to find a home in Copperfield Apartments. Being new to the city and areas, I was hesitant and nervous that I would choose wrong, but they have by far exceeded expectations. I initially signed a 7 month lease because of my uncertainty, but they did such a great job that I’ve renewed for a year.
They are prompt with any maintenance issues, the apartments and laundry area have been upgraded, the parking lot, and the leasing office staff is always so helpful. They even do things like school supply giveaway or ice cream parties for the residents

Longtime resident, Management has worked extremely hard to address issues, pool parties have been brought back, Management listens to residents on concepts for community events, it feels like the office is always open and management will always sit and talk and listen. Manager answers messages throughout the day and even after end of business hours. We are extremely blessed to have team we do here, They strive daily to give residents the absolute best living experience anyone could hope for.
The team is Awesome, and we couldn't Praise Copperfield enough!

When I go away for a day or two and come home, it feels so good to be in my little home. I especially appreciate Management. Copperfield Apartments has been my home for ten years. This is a great community to be apart of. This community is pet friendly and has a dog park for the fur babies to play and family oriented as well. My family and I enjoy the two huge pools and the gym on site. The kids love the parties that management puts together including the Halloween party and group trick or treating. Copperfield creates memories and a fun and safe environment. These apartments are great for the price. I have been a resident here at Copperfield Apartments for three years. My second year experience (2020) at Copperfield was less than stellar. Management was going through changes and this led to issues being left unattended. I noticed a huge difference once they brought BACK Community Manager: Meagan Sides! End of 2020 - Current! Since Meagan's return things are well maintained and rules are strictly enforced!

I have been a resident of copperfield nearly 10 years now and my husband has been a resident to this location for 28 years. I would recommend copperfield apartments to anyone who asked. I will admit I was not happy with the lack of urgency or concern that we’ve received over some issues the past few months. However, I’m pleased that we finally have a new property manger and team that treats us like family, like we matter. The ladies in the office are great, understanding, and stay onto of things. I hope we will once again see copperfield like it used to be.

These apartments had been great for me in the 6 months that I lived there! Holly was very helpful in getting me started from the application process to move-in. Ask for her when you go in.
Every apartment complex has its set of issues, and the only thing I experienced that's caused me to give 4 stars is that I came back from a trip and found that someone had gotten into my car, although nothing was broken and nothing was stolen except for some change, but my drivers seat was filled with the contents of my center console. I didn't report it because I didn't think it was anything

Copperfield is not worth your hard earned money. From the rude staff, to property maintenance, and the condition of the units themselves.
You may be getting a better rate for these apartments compared to others in the area, but know there are corners being cut.
Staff: These girls are a joke. They are more focused on getting people to sign leases, versus valuing customer service. They aren't very helpful in giving information when a question is asked. You'd think that the person who helps you with your lease would be more than willing to assist you with

The day I showed up to move in, they said they had no record of my move in date and the apartment wasn't ready, so I had to get a hotel for the night and leave all my stuff in the Uhaul. When they opened up my folder, I saw my move in date written at the top, so they just hadn't gotten it ready and didn't tell me. The staff has been rude the whole time I've lived here.
