If you move into Reserve at Willow Lake, you WILL find yourself without internet, television, and land line phone service for extended periods of time, and i believe the fault lies with Paskin Management/Reserve at Willow Lake.
When the Reserve was built, it was wired for AT&T and (at some point) Charter. ATT ran cables to each building from a room off the clubhouse, and from the clubhouse to a hub across the lake. Inside each cable are 8 small wires. In the early

Not sure why I pay to not only live here but for the amenities that come with living here, for them to be closed half the time without notice. The pool is randomly locked with no warning or email sent out to the residents to let them know before they and their families arrive to see chained fences. Half the time I have to call to get someone to unlock one of the doors to the gym, if they even answer the phone, which is rare. They'll lock the clubhouse door and not pick up the phones for "meetings", even though nothing will be posted outside and there won't be any informing the residents who may

I'm very much looking forward to moving here in a couple months! Viven Valdez has made the application and showing process completely hassle free. I already feel at home here and haven't even moved in yet. The grounds are spotless and well kept, great gym, very secured, and can't wait to take walks around the lake. Thanks for everything!

By far the very best townhomes/apartments I have stayed in. The front office staff are willing, determined, and ready to help with any questions or concerns you have. Rapid response maintenance team during office hours & after hours. Dale & the maintenance team are amazing. Great neighborhood with good & friendly neighbors. It feels like you are on a vacation but you are at home and that is the feeling that is the best. If you had any concerns moving here DON'T because you will not regret it. We moved in two weeks ago and have enjoyed every moment. We found this place by accident just riding on Hulen St looking for townhomes. We stopped and came in and met with Jessica and she is so nice and professional. By Monday morning we made our decision to move and to sign a lease. We were able to pick our townhouse. We can see the lake from our balcony . This is a very clean property the landscaping is pretty. I feel so safe living here in this gated community. I like that we are close to all the shopping and the easy access to the highway. I am glad we made this choice and the rent is worth

I didn’t know apartment living could ever be regarded as close to owning your own home. The Reserve at Willow Lake has beautiful landscaping and an gorgeous lake view. At night this gated community is quiet and safe enough to take evening walks around the community. The staff is very accommodating and welcoming. Truly a gem. The property is cozy with tenants who take pride in living here.. it feels like a condo association rather than townhouse and apartment complex. Everyone seems to have professional careers or some retirees and when they wave to management and visit the office with smiles and a kind exchanges with the staff, it's obvious it's not like a typical rental complex. We weren't able to view an apartment. It seems we interrupted the property manager placing personal phone calls. We inquired about a 2 bedroom and she acted put out to answer our questions. It was a horrible experience.
If you want personal friendly service, might I suggest Constellation Ranch. Katie @CR was friendly and helpful NOT at all like these people at The Reserve on Willow Lake. Definitely won't be back and won't suggest it to my friends!
