They’re throwing people out left and right. Especially the ones who have vouchers. Giving people until the 15th to come up with over $1k— people who work minimum wage jobs. Are you kidding me? The management here is absolutely horrendous. They never reply to emails or return calls. Everyone who works here needs to be fired immediately and new people brought on. Bring Eva back.

Wishing I could give 0 stars. Jo Beth is a lying no good manager. She tells people one thing, then says another to other people. I don’t even live here and I know things from tenants that do. Raising rent prices on people who have vouchers— kicking people out with tiny children, to be homeless. Someone needs to fire her and bring someone else in. Someone who actually returns calls and emails and takes time to listen to the tenants— not just disregard everything so she can make a quick buck.

I’ll tell you right now. If you see a positive review for this place, especially if it’s recent, I guarantee the person who wrote it was either bribed or threatened with eviction. All these apartments are is a slightly fancier version of the projects. And the residents are treated as such, like absolute garbage. The office is barely open.… Management has still done nothing about the delinquent kids stealing peoples packages and food deliveries and breaking into people’s apartments. I’m not even a resident but I feel the need to warn others that this place is awful. I did the online application and paid the fee. Then I took all my paperwork to them. Then I get an email saying I need to complete the application process and pay another fee. I’m not in a normal situation and due to that I was trying to move in in September so that my daughter and I are safe and I let them know this. This place was a lot better a year ago until the new manager came michelle she is very unprofessional she do not care about the residents at all so many people has complained about her including the workers that work under her my lock on my door has been messed up over a week I reported it to maintenance and no one ever came to look at i had to reach out to them at the office about it and has been told lie after lie no one in the office is on the same page at all very sad situation i went to ask for cooperate number and Michelle refused to give it to me she is very very unprofessional 😢

This place is literally TRASH. The office is never opened, the staff is rude and doesn't make you feel like they care about the residents. I've had a leak months ago and they still have not come by to fix anything from the leak. I understand these are income based homes but you do not have to treat people like this. There is no communication about anything. I can not wait till my lease is up so I can never deal with these people again.

Came home to my entire apartment completely robbed and trashed everything I ever owned is gone. They kicked my door in some how without breaking anything. Even got the lady that stays across from me. The crazy part about it is I was getting ready to leave to go to a hotel after the police left and they came back not even 10 minutes later thinking no one was there and that the door was still unlocked then laughed once they saw it was locked. I’ve been here almost since they opened. It’s sad how I just spent an hr picking up trash from fireworks. I came home and trash everywhere. I take pride in where I stay! Sometimes I feel like I’m a trash picker. This is not first time Sad part is it’s not bad place to stay it’s people!

I have been here almost a year and I don't know about the other reviews but I love my 3 bedroom apartment. My kids are safe , I have not heard a single gunshot in the complex since I have lived here. I have no pest problems or problems with loud neighbors. I love my place and would recommend this place to my family and friends.

By far the worst apartments I've ever lived in. I been renting with the property since June 2020 within the first few months of being there I went 3-4 months without air conditioning remind you is summer time and I have a child! This is what put the icing on the cake March 2021 maintenance entered my home trashed and throw away brand new thing the reason being He didn't understand prior english it was and older hispanic man. not to mention they have a ROACH problem! don't waste your money living here just because it look good don't mean it is.

12/18/20 Lost or stolen package near or around apartment 10303. Delivered to wrong address Monday. Spoke with staff at apartment complex, they were not willing to help at all. In fact, they lied to get me off the phone stating it’s a vacant apartment (found out that evening from neighbors someone recently moved in), then the person on the phone said the manager “Patrice” was just by there and nothing is at the door.
If you like poor customer service, this is your place. I would not recommend Landings at Marine Creek.

Not safe. The cops are here few times a week. They're here as I write this. My car was shot a few weeks ago along with others and a 1st floor unit, the gates don't work even though it was promised they would work a month after I moved in. Its really loud, people blast their music all hours of the night, bang on doors, try to open other peoples doors, cars are constantly getting broken into. Kids run rampant in the parking lot, jumping in front of cars. Definitely moving as soon as lease is up.

I recently moved out of landings at marine creek in fort worth. They added on fees saying we didnt give adequate time for our move but we did the office never had time for us to do the paperwork and even tried to lower our rent so we would stay. This isnt the first time they have dropped the ball one year we didnt even sign a new lease for a whole year.
Now without any notice they sent those fees to collections.

Never rent from THE LANDINGS OF MARINE CREEK APARTMENT COMPLEX IN FORT WORTH. Theyre trying to screw me on my move out. Adding bogus charges like water bills from NOVEMBER 2018, December, and January that I… PAID already. Bogus late fees I dont owe bc I paid my last months rent as agreed upon. This place is beyond sheisty. I kinda wanna sue them. They know I was the victim of domestic assault and then they do this Not only that they left my husbands name off this bill like theyre just trying to stick me with it.

Problems with the construction and you hear everything in the other apartments. I have problems because the neighbor below listens when I walk and complains every day in the office. Very bad place to live. when you complain you do nothing to resolve the situation

Hello out two of your property sometime ago and I really like it it is beautiful and well laid out it was a little too far for me due to the fact there's no public transit out here but this property is very beautiful and NRP group has wonderful properties for all incomes and tax brackets keep building more properties in Texas especially low-income properties or mixed-use development
