Established in 2011, Pilates Life Studio has grown to become highly regarded as one of South Florida's leading Pilates instruction and education studios. We specialize in private, semi-private, group mat and equipment classes. Each customized program carefully retains the traditional, core elements developed and codified by Joseph Pilates. Pilates Life serves as the home of Lolita's Pilates Center, to where instructors come from around the world to further hone their craft in Pilates' elder Lolita San Miguel's renowned Master Mentor Program.

Report
One-on-one instructor/client 55-minute session consisting of one student and one instructor utilizing the Pilates apparatus. Private sessions allow the instructor to customize a workout specifically for you and your body's needs. 30-Minute sessions are also available. Instructor plus 2 clients 55-minute session consisting of two students and one instructor utilizing the Pilates apparatus.
Education
Report
The Mat System is two weekends of training and consists of 56 contact hours. Upon the completion of the Mat System students will take Systems I, II, and III. Upon successful completion of all 4 Systems, assignments, course hours, and a passing score on the Final Exam, students will earn a Comprehensive Certificate of Education signed by Lolita San Miguel and their Educator.
