Im so happy to have been told about TLC by a friend. I went another clinic in Corpus and was treated rudely and not given anything but a prescription for cough medicine. Yesterday I went to TLC and I was treated so kindly and was given the medication that I desperately needed and Im already feeling better.

Been here for 3hrs just to get the name of my referral Dr. and to get seen for a prescription refill. You're not just waiting for others in the waiting room to be seen, you're waiting for others they send home to too. Not worth the wait. A guy I sat near to was here for 5hrs waiting. I'm taking my family and business elsewhere.

I got a notification that they attempted to pull $5 from my account for a card I used there back in December 2019 as a 1 time transaction. The bank declined transaction since the card had been reported lost about 6 months ago. Why did they store my card information without my permission? Why did they try to charge me $5 for a visit from over a month ago when they haven't even sent me a bill for whatever insurance did not cover? This seems very wrong and not normal to me. Don't use cards when visiting because they will take money or attempt to take money without billing you or without warning which

Just to give everyone a heads up, I don't think they event attempt to verify your insurance and what your copay should be. Once I received my EOB I had to call to let them know they overcharged me based on what the in network copay should have been. Since then there has been an excuse every week as to why the refund hasn't been sent yet, seems like one of those places that overcharge on purpose and just hopes you're the type that doesn't verify your explanation of benefits from your insurance company.
