I've been going to this practice for 6+ years, since my former dr retired my like for this place has declined alot, I've been extremely rushed through my appointments to where I have to stop the Dr from walking out of the room with questions I have concerning my pregnancy, even then she rushes me so much I wasn't able to ask all the things I needed to. Very displeased with how pushy she is with getting vaccinated despite what my primary doctor has advised me to do.

I used to go here and had them deliver my two children. Stopped going because it was apparent that these doctors only care about money. My pregnancies were treated differently, and with my 2nd child the level of care was a lot lower than with my first child. Visits were always super short, they were always running late. I had gestational diabetes for both pregnancies. Both times I had to call to get results. Then they sent me for weekly ultrasounds but then never bothered to follow up on them. My last prenatal visit with my 2nd ended with them telling me that they had JUST looked at the many ultrasounds

If your bloodwork is abnormal they do not call you. I asked them THREE times to please call me and no one ever did. This has happened more than once. I always end up calling them for my results and they say "your provider will go over the results when you come in"... meaning i have to make an appointment & pay to get my results- okay. I asked the receptionists to tell my provider to please call me, and I never get a call. There is poor communication at this place. Additionally, the NPs lack compassion, empathy, and can be condescending when you ask questions.

I am new to this practice as my Dr. moved here so i followed her as she has treated me for 15 years and delivered my son. She is very caring, compassionate, thorough, transparent and takes your health seriously . I can say this with 100% certainty that if you are lucky enough to get in with Dr. Marsilia Cloud at this practice you will be glad you did. She is a gem.
