The only redeeming quality of this office is Dr. Francemone. Everything else is a money grab. COVID procedures should be different than other stuff and they took advantage of a close contact to get close to $100 dollars out of my pocket. They lied in their submission to insurance and said they did a sick visit because of cold complaints. They also lied and said they have to do an examination in order to request a COVID test. I had a recent visit where there were actual symptoms and they sent us directly for a COVID test to contradict a previous statement. I have no doubt they only did that because

They have a nurse name Sue , the way she interacted with my kid was horrible, she was rude to me and to my kid, first time I had such a bad experience, I go there because I like Dr. Cozza. Hope this feedback help others . Date of visit - 9/28/2021.

We have been going here for years now with both our boys. We have always had a great experience and trust the doctors. I deducted a star because the hold times to speak with someone regarding medical concerns or appointment scheduling is terrible. I wish they would change their phone system.

There arent enough words to describe our everlasting gratitude to the Drs & staff at Amherst Peds. My daughter actually asks me, at 7, if she can go to the doctors because she misses Dr Chuck. Dr Francemone became our daughters pediatrician on July 31st, 2013. I remember the date because it was the day after she was born, we knew from the moment we met him we had to have him and we were so right. He is so passionate and caring.
