Unprofessional and unexperienced nurses should not be working in the clinic. Dont poke your patients so hard with the needle to the point it bleeds when you take it back out.

I had a appointment point 9:15am today for my daughter. I was there 9:00am they didnt call me to back until 9:45am than they took me to room just so I can wait there for another 40 minutes. The doctor she was a black lady ( dont know her name) came after just to give 3 shoots I was trying to ask her some questions regarding my daughter health, but SHE COMPLETELY IGNORED ME AND TOLD ME TO MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. I was completely shocked like what type of professionalism is this. Thats not even the worst part about it. So when I was trying make another appointment the receptionist there

Waiting so long to see doctor. They never showed up for the appointment time. At least have to wait 1and half hours. No respectable. If they cant come on time, schedule us time when they can do for appointments. So disappointed.

The care Ive received through Jericho Road has been unmatched. I can honestly say I look forward to going to the doctor now. Dr. Maya introduced me to Functional Medicine, which gets to the root of the problem rather than just treating symptoms. She took the time to get to know me and my concerns and we worked together as a team to get results. It has changed the way I view medicine. So glad to have this wonderful place as part of my community.
