My car was making some noises and I thought it could be the brakes. Brian till the time to look at my car. He advised me that I only needed tires. He didn't charge me for the diagnostic or anything for to the fact that he had nothing to fix. I have been to Brian a few times and I have yet to be dissatisfied with his service. Thank you Brian!

I had gone to 6 different dealerships through out Monroe and Wayne County. None of them wanted to treat me like I knew what I was doing. I'm a woman so I just not know they value of my vehicle...i went to Hoselton Used car section planning on seeming how much they would offer me for my truck. They showed me a newer model of what I had been looking at. They not only got me a fantastic deal but bent over backwards to make sure I was happy and satisfied!! Best place to buy a vehicle. Everything was smooth and flawless. The agent at the service desk also assisted me with using my GM rewards points. I had enough points that it covered my serve visit for that day . Total time spent at dealership was less than 1.5 hours.

I scheduled service for a GM recall notice I received in the mail. I scheduled the appointment for 9/1 and told the service representative I would drop my vehicle off the afternoon before on 8/31 so that they could have the vehicle first thing in the morning to work on. The service representative told me this would be super helpful and assured me they could get it done quickly. On 9/1, I had not heard from Hoselton Chevy all day so I finally gave them a call late afternoon. The service representative told me they realized they had to order the recall part and could not get me back in for service

Saturday morning I went to Hoselton Chevrolet for the first time to check out their inventory. Mike Tyson greeted me right away and made me feel welcome.
