Who knows what we'd be drinking today if it weren't for one couple's love of complex craft beers and each other. It was 1989 and Charles and Rose Ann Finkel finally realized a long time dream to open their own brewery in Seattle. During their travels the Finkels had fallen in love with the many beers of Europe, including ales in England, fruit beers in Belgium and pils, dunkels and dopplebocks in Bavaria.

Come to The Pike Pub for American gastopub classics: hand-formed burgers, unique pizzas, fresh salads, and Dungeness crab chowder, all carefully prepared and reflective of Northwest tastes. Your friendly and knowledgeable server can recommend Pike beers from our diverse line up, local wines, ciders, and spirits to pair with your meal.

Grab a beer and peruse one of the world's most extensive collections of beer art and memorabilia! Spanning the globe and thousands of years of beer history from ancient Sumer to present day, Pike Brewing Company's free beer museum is located inside The Pike Pub. This renowned collection is the ongoing personal curation of Charles Finkel, Founder & Owner and noted beer pioneer.

At Pike Brewing Company you can experience two dining options at The Pike Pub and Tankard & Tun, tour our gravity-flow brewery, and learn about beer's rich history in the Microbrewery Museum. DINING: The Pike Pub is regularly open 11 AM to midnight Sunday through Thursday, 11 AM to 1 AM Friday and Saturday.

All of Pike Brewing's packaging, including draft kegs to cans, is done within feet of the bright tanks, ensuring beer freshness. Pike's canning line double evacuates oxygen before filling the bottles resulting in longer lasting, high-quality final product. Every Pike Brewing Company beer is handcrafted at our urban brewery in downtown Seattle's Pike Place Market neighborhood.
