In May of 2000, with a background in neuroanatomy and myofascial pain syndromes, Christine Raffa opened Raffa Yoga. In over 20 years, we have grown leaps and bounds and have provided a safe, compassionate, instructional and educational facility.
Our teachers have been trained by some of the most respected and knowledgeable yoga masters worldwide. With passion, Raffa features national and in-house workshops bringing educational, exciting, and inspirational opportunities for an in-depth study of yoga.

Hands-on healing modalities have been used for thousands of years to bring relief and treatment to people in pain.
