We focus on the healthcare of women of all ages. Gynecologic issues, osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease prevention, and breast cancer screening are covered. Our focus is primarily on high fat, high protein, and low carbohydrate food intake. We offer three main options to weight loss: medications, 10 day Orenda cleanse, and HCG diet.

Susarla Primary Care has been in the Elgin area since 1974. We are a comprehensive primary care practice. We offer services in geriatric medicine, internal medicine, women's health, pediatrics, and integrative medicine. We are very proud that we are a Patient Centered Medical Home. Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is the most common behavioral disorder in children, and the prevalence is increasing. We evaluate for ADHD in children with behavioral concerns (e.g., inattention, hyperactivity, impulsivity, oppositionality) or poor academic progress using validated assessment tools with observers from several settings (home, school, community) and self-observation, if possible.

We welcome you to make an appointment for a Well Child visit at Susarla Primary Care. Well Child visits are an important time for you to review your child's medical history and make sure they have all their vaccinations up-to-date. We take care of children above the age of 5. YOUR CHILD MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED.
Preventive Medicine

Disease prevention, regular checkups and lifestyle measures for patients in all age groups. Preventive medicine is defined as a "branch of medicine that prevents disease". Our practice focuses on disease prevention by conducting regular blood tests and appropriate counselling for all age groups. We routinely check your blood sugar, cholesterol, etc., and conduct annual mammograms, prostate tests and other tests for individuals.
