Dr. Sawlani received a Certificate of Recognition from the NCQA for providing quality cardiovascular and stroke care to his patients. Dr. Sawlani founded the practice in 2002, finished his Internal Medicine training at Rush/Westlake hospital, Chicago, IL, and was Board Certified in Internal Medicine in 1996.
