Descriptions

This class focuses on postures and techniques designed to prevent and manage back pain and enhance the health of your back and spine. You will learn to relieve tension in the back body, from the neck to the sacrum, while strengthening your core to support proper alignment. This class is designed to be therapeutic in nature, and is appropriate for all levels.
Private Classes

Private Classes offer students the ability to focus on personal interests, concerns, and goals instead of following along with the Yoga teacher in a class setting. A private session allows an individual to set specific goals and plans, such as personal goals for flexibility, strength, and meditation.
Workshops

We are entering a time especially poised for deep listening, reflection, and guided, communal practice. Join us as we soothe the nervous system and shift with ease from summer to fall, from movement to stillness, from giving to receiving. In Ayurveda, Yoga's sister science, this time is known as Vata season - where we are encouraged to seek comfort, warmth, and care.
Retreats

Yoga is the practice of yolking, or uniting. At a retreat, you'll have the opportunity to be around like-minded people with whom you can connect with on a deeper level. You'll be surrounded by people who are fully committed to the Yoga and the benefits of mindfulness and their practice.
