I am grateful to be offering yoga instruction via zoom and combination in person with zoom. My classes are a unique blend of yoga, mindfulness, breath work, functional mobility, developing progressive strength, stabilizing our joints, and decreasing pain. Join me for your movement practice. I have been teaching yoga for 20 years and prior to teaching yoga I practiced Occupational Therapy.

Cathy began her exploration of yoga in 2002 after her second child was born. During her first class she felt Her soul open and immediately felt like she had "come home". Since then she has remained a dedicated student and practitioner of yoga. She has studied with many fine teachers. Terry Brown (who certified her in her 200 and 500 hour training), Suzanne Newton, Doug Keller, Rodney Yee, Iyengar teachers, and Baxter Bell.

Goat Yoga here at Unite Us Yoga is fun, relaxing, and good for the soul. We laugh. We stretch. We laugh some more. It's more about connecting to the animals and experiencing something new, and taking the pressure off if you've never practiced yoga before. In fact, many people come to experience yoga in a more relaxed setting.
