About Sunrise

Valerie Kiser founded Sunrise Yoga in 2003, welcoming students from Clemmons, Lewisville, Mocksville and the Winston-Salem area to the studio. Sunrise subsequently achieved Yoga Alliance recognition as a Registered Yoga School (RYS). The Sunrise Yoga Teacher Training program launched in 2009, and the East Coast Yoga Therapy program she co-founded gained IAYT accreditation in 2018.
