We ordered our wedding cakes from Clasen's and they were spectacular! My husband and I love cake, but find American cakes, especially the frosting, to be too sugary. Clasen's French buttercream solved that problem- it was super creamy and just the right sweetness. We had 2 yellow sponge cakes (almond and lemon) and a large chocolate decadence cake. They set up a fun tasting platter for us with tiny pieces of sponge cake to be tasted with all of their frosting and filling options, which was free. They even gave us a free standard chocolate decadence cake as part of the tasting, and were able to
