May 09, 2018 Report
I called and stated Im trying to find a counselor for my 5 year old son and provided his date of birth. I told the lady I only had one day off and she had an availability. I got multiple reminder texts about the appointment. Then, appointment day rolls around and I pick my son up early from school and am on my way there when I get a text, 15-20 mins before the appointment that says the doctor only sees patients 6+ years and its cancelled. I wasted my only week day off (Im normally m-f), took my child out of school early, and was on my way into the clinic by the time this message
