Doctor is really good but absolutely horrendous people who take calls. Today we called in to find what tests the doctor has ordered and the person over phone tells me I cannot find them online on the portal and that I need to drive to the doctor's office to get a copy of what the doctor ordered or drive to labcorp to find what the doctor has ordered. Then when I browse through the portal, I do see some tests the doctor has ordered. I ask them to confirm what the doctor has ordered so that I can be sure and they say what I see is what I see and give me such hard time. I mean these people are soo

My daughter and I truly enjoyed our experience with Dr.Sree. She was very attentive, empathetic, and informative. She did an excellent job of listening to our concerns and identifying any problems as well as working with us to find the best solution for us. Dr.Sree did a great job of not just meeting our needs and expectations, but exceeding them. I highly recommend bringing your children to see Dr.Sree.

We are highly satisfied having Dr.Sree as our pediatrician for both of our kids. Dr.Sree is very detail oriented and so warm towards the kids. She is not only ordering the required tests, also follows up with the other specialist physicians/examiners explaining the need of the procedures, expectations and follow-ups. The Care Plan and results are updated in the portal immediately and got call from office too. The responses to the questions through the portal are so quick. I would highly recommend Dr.Sree.

Dr. Sree is truly one of the most remarkable pediatricians I found in Frisco. She strives in nurturing kids and makes them feel special. She goes above and beyond in assisting all of the concerns I bring up about my daughter, and treats us with absolute patience. Also, the staff does a meticulous job in getting patients taken care of. Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. I am so glad I chose Pediatric Associates of Frisco and would highly recommend to anyone.

Dr. Sree and staff are very professional, attentive, and kind. Her bedside manners are impeccable. Every visit Dr. Sree makes my children feel comfortable and important. She takes time to listen to our concerns and provide solutions without us feeling rushed. Dr. Sree and staff are definitely the best of the best. Came for an appointment for vaccination and are told appointment got cancelled. We specifically called to confirm the appointment on June 3'rd. Now we are asked to just go back and come a week later. No concern whatsoever from the person who spoke to us. Why should we make multiple trips back and forth for a mistake done on your side? How bad can you guys be sending people back and forth during covid. No Respect for people's time whatsoever. No issues with the doctor though. She really does a great job.

Dr. Sree is absolutely amazing. She is very thorough and goes out of her way to attend to all of my concerns about my son. She spends time and treats him just like one of her own. That is truly a rare quality when finding a good doctor. Her compassionate nature, makes me feel at ease approaching her about the health of my child. Its always a great experience.
