On December 14, 2021, I visited the Skin Specialist in the Allen office. I initially went there to purchase products, but had questions about other services. Not only was I able to get an appointment, but was seen immediately by Amber. Amber is a true professional. She answered all my concerns. She also provided brochures on the services I inquired about. After additional research, I will decide if I want to go through with those services. Thank you Amber.

Everyone was professional and courteous. I received information that was somewhat useful. However, I am very disappointed that I didnt get seen by Dr. Rodgers as I requested. Ive had this appointment booked for a couple of weeks and was looking forward to speaking with her. I didnt appreciate not being made aware of the change, especially after having paid for the visit. Additionally, I didnt like that the answer to most of my questions was we could write a prescription. I came to this clinic to learn about my skin, not just slap on products. I dont plan to return.
