Heritage Preparatory Schools
Heritage Preparatory School was founded in 1969 to provide spiritual, academic, athletic and fine arts training for students in Orange County, Lake County, Osceola, Seminole and all of Central Florida. Heritage also has I-20 capability and educates international students from South America, Korea, China and the Caribbean.

We are an accredited Christian school with a small average class size of only 15 students and 90 percent of Heritage graduates continue into higher learning. Heritage offers a K-12 college preparatory, Bible-based education that meets Florida qualification for the Bright Futures Scholarships. We are competitive in several sports through the Florida Christian Conference.

Our History
Report
In 1966 Pastor Bob Ware and his wife Gail visited Orlando and met with a handful of people who desired to start a soul winning Baptist Church in Orlando. After praying together with consideration, Pastor Ware relocated to Orlando from Edenton North Carolina with his wife and two young boys. The group began the ministry in an auto sales office and soon moved to the old Delaney Street Church building.

It is a period of confusion, of searching for one's identity, of gaining independence, and of reassessment.
