Dr. Nicole Phillips Hollis
Principal
Dr. Hollis is an Orlando native with over 20 years of educational leadership experience. She founded Bridge To Independence to address gaps in traditional education for rural students. Under her leadership, the school obtained AISF accreditation and established university partnerships. She received an honorary doctorate in 2024.
