
Blanca is the Clinical Director at Aviva. She was born in Nicaragua and emigrated to the US at age 10. Her life's journey led her to pursue Psychology and a Masters of Science in Counseling. She has over 25 years of experience. She has specialized in Children's Mental Health and their varied needs and goals for therapy, as well as a variety of diagnoses among them.
She's also provided individual & group therapies to children as well as adults across a variety of settings. She has also worked as a Behavioral Health Assessor for Family Court cases of abuse and neglect and served as an expert witness in the same cases. She is currently licensed in the State of Florida (LMHC), The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (LPC) and the Commonwealth of Virginia (LPC).
