McLean Youth Soccer is a registered 501(c) (3) organization based in McLean Virginia (a town of approximately 40,000 people) in the heart of Fairfax County, less than 30 minutes from our Nation's capital). All MYS programs maintain fiscal discipline and are supported by the MYS Board of Directors, a highly experienced management and coaching staff and hundreds of volunteers.

We are excited to unveil the newly designed Virginia Union FC uniforms! Teams will purchase new uniforms every two years, as manufacturer products have a life availability of typically 2 years. For the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 seasons, required items at the club level for players are: Black jersey, White Jersey, Black shorts, White shorts, Orange socks, and Green socks.

The Elite Clubs National League is excited to be kicking off its 4th boys season with 2020-2021. McLean Youth Soccer (MYS) is regarded as one of the top clubs in the region, providing player pathways from recreational to elite travel levels.

To adapt to changes in the youth soccer landscape and to provide an elite, national level offering to boys on par with the club's existing girls ECNL program, MYS applied for and was accepted into the ECNL Boys Program for Fall 2018.Background: Since joining the ECNL Girls program in 2011, McLean girls have been provided an opportunity to compete and develop their talents in an elite, national-level environment.

Registration fees for the 2021-2022 season are listed below. Deposits will remain at $200 for all age groups with the Financial Aid deposit remaining at $50. Deposits are nonrefundable. McLean Youth Soccer offers financial assistance to members in the ECNL and Travel programs who demonstrate financial need.

The McLean Youth Soccer professional technical staff is led by Director of Coaching Administration Mike Curry and Technical Director Clyde Watson along with Goalkeeper Director John Szaro, Assistant Technical Director Jamil Walker, Age Group Director Cindi Harkes and Age Group Managers Todd West, Corinne Mazzotta, Jamil Faryadi, Alex Rebeiz, Dan Wadeson, and Alan Portillo.
