The Potomac Soccer Association (PSA) of Montgomery County was founded in 1980 by Bill Wilson of Potomac, Maryland. Formally incorporated as a 501(c)(3) non-profit, charitable organization in 1982, the fundamental mission of PSA has remained the same as it is today: to promote soccer for area youth.
At Potomac Soccer Association we believe creating a soccer club based on a club-centric model, which means all of our teams are given the same opportunities and not run independently of each other while they all are fully supported by the office and the coaching staff. Our youth soccer programs are tailored to fit every age group and skill level.

Our Coaches
Report
It takes a village of coaches to raise a team of dedicated players. And it takes coaches that go above and beyond to provide our young players with the environment to grow into tomorrow's leaders. Patient, passionate, and professional, these coaches bring more than pointers to the table. United States Soccer Federation (USSF) certified and kid-approved, our coaches are more than qualified for the job.
Our Staff
Report
As a club, we have high standards for ourselves, and our staff makes sure that we rise to the occasion every season. They work hard behind the scenes to help our teams shine on the field. Consistently planning and organizing, our staff members are committed to sustaining a positive and efficient environment where our players (and their supporters) can get the best out of the PSA experience.
Board of Directors
Report
Tommy has been part of the Potomac Soccer Association (PSA) community for over seven years with both of his children playing for the club. The club's family feel, great coaches, and the relationships his children have formed make PSA a wonderful club to be a part of.
His community involvement extends to being a board member of the Global Soccer Alliance (promotes cultural exchanges between North American and African youth soccer programs and reduce barriers to play for youth in low-income African communities) as well as co-founder and President of Cornerstone Community (provides housing and community for instability housed men with a history of chronic substance abuse).
