This organization is terribly unorganized. Their communication skills are lacking in so many ways. They do not return phone calls or answer their phones. And if you ever do get someone on the phone they are rude and Condescending. They are not trying to grow the game for the love of the sport. They are a group of individuals that are happy making their salary and could care less about the kids. They leaving decisions to the very last minute with no regard for who it may affect. Unfortunately this happens because they know that the kids of oregon don't have a choice in the matter. They have a monopoly

Have not had many issues with OYSA, but at the end of last season one of my daughters games had to be postponed due to the lights never coming on. Last night my son had a development game at Delta park (All OYSA development games are at Delta park), Game time was 5:45PM, Feb,23,2020 The lights should have been on by then since it was already getting dark. By half time all 5 games in progress had to be cancelled due to the lights never coming on. We pay a lot of money, take time out of our day, most of our team drives 1.5 Hours round trip to delta park, just to have the game cancelled 22 minuted

This organization is more interested in making money than encouraging a love for the sport. Since they took over the futsal league, it has been a disaster to say the least. Some rules and fine amounts are absurd. I give it 2 stars only because the players really enjoy playing. As a family, we will likely stick to Rose City skills classes and outdoor club teams.

Highly disorganized, terrible communication skills, and very disrespectful. The overall disregard this soccer association has for the game of soccer and player safety is absolutely appalling - and even dangerous! If you have love for the game or care anything for it, would highly recommend you consider moving on and finding another group. I could not be more disappointed in this organization, but hopefully your experience will be different. I suspect it will not.
