Questions
What is the cost for escape rooms?
Games cost $40 per person Monday-Thursday and $45 Friday-Sunday for ages 8+. Group discounts available for 15+ players.
Are children allowed in escape rooms?
Children 8+ can participate with adult supervision. Kids under 13 require a paying adult in the room. Waivers needed for minors.
Do we get a private room?
All bookings are private. You'll play exclusively with your chosen team members without outside participants.
What happens if we arrive late?
Arrive 15 minutes early. More than 5 minutes late may result in time deduction or denied entry to maintain schedule integrity.
Are rooms wheelchair accessible?
Most rooms accommodate wheelchairs. Amnesia room requires upstairs access. Contact us for specific accessibility needs.
Can we reschedule bookings?
Contact us 24+ hours in advance to receive a credit for future play. Deposits are non-refundable but credits never expire.

James was our Game Master- he said he was new but he was already super awesome. It was our first time in am escape room too, and it was so fun. The puzzles and challenges were tough and thrilling. Definitely coming back to do the other rooms!

Had a great time in the Prison Heist room! The room was well decorated and the puzzles were fun! Our Game Master, James, explained the rules and gave us some helpful tips before we started so we didnt get too distracted by things that werent really clues. Recommend for a fun time with friends!

Super fun! Me and my family had a blast playing the Prison Heist. Would definitely recommend to anyone who loves a challenge when it comes to solving puzzles. Shalece was great and so nice and helpful! I will definitely be back.

The rooms are ok... sometimes seem so hard as to be impossible without clues. The Portlandia room is cool for a large group. That said, they convinced me to book again for a discount after we went, telling us we would be able to change the date later "so just book for anytime." We called on the day of to reschedule, and the lady said no problem, rescheduled us, and I thought all was good.

We had a great time trying to solve Portlandia!! It was a great birthday party activity. Collin was a great host! We will definitely be back to try the other rooms.

This was my first time in an Escape Room, and it was amazingly fun! Very challenging and exciting. Great for a family outing, group activity with friends, or a double date (for many of the rooms it helps to have more people to divide up the work, of which there is much!). Our host Lexie was terrific, and I highly recommend Escape Games PDX!!
