The practice of Yoga empowers people to lead happier, healthier lives. At Indra's Grace you'll find a welcoming community of teachers with a desire to meet students where they are. We offer classes accessible for beginners to seasoned practitioners. In addition to meditation we offer Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Kundalini, Yin, Beginners classes, senior yoga, and chair Yoga in a relaxed non-heated environment.
We have therapeutic one-to-one sessions, John of God crystal bed healing sessions, Reiki and pranic healing sessions, personalized mentoring for teachers, certified RYT200 and advanced RYT300 teacher training and so much more. It is our mission to create a safe and loving environment that welcomes all people regardless of where they are in their Yoga practice.

Sandra Vanatko, owner and visionary had an inspiration to create a safe and inviting space where everyone would feel welcome to practice Yoga regardless of age or level. Her dream was to open a center that was truly for everyBODY. Indra's Grace Yoga offers classes in-person, live online, and on-demand, so there's something for everyone.

Have you tried yoga and given up because you couldn't get down to the floor? Have you had knee or hip replacement and find yoga painful or uncomfortable? Are you a caregiver for someone who falls into one of these categories. In this class you will learn ways to modify traditional yoga poses for someone who is sitting in a chair.

Please note that all purchases are final and monthly membership dues renew automatically each month. Should you need to cancel your membership, please extend written notice prior to your next renewal date. Please note that annual memberships, monthly unlimited, and auto memberships cannot be paused or frozen.

Your cooperation and understanding of our cancellation policy is greatly appreciated. If you have booked a place and are unable to attend a workshop for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible so that your place may be offered to someone else. If you are pre-registered for a workshop you must cancel at least 7 days prior to the workshop to receive a full refund minus a 5% admin fee which will be deducted.

Indra's Grace has had the opportunity to connect with different corporations throughout the DFW area to offer different learning opportunities for employees in the areas of mindfulness and stress reduction. We continue to brainstorm how we might be able to share our offerings with the larger community.
