Acctivate is a great company to work with. We implemented their software in 2019. The on-boarding team was very helpful and got us switched over quickly. The way Acctivate tracks all our inventory is very intuitive. We wouldn't be able to do what we do without it!

We did not get to use a single minute of their product, Acctivate, because the most important feature that we needed was unsupported. Thus, we asked for a refund but they refused to give a single dollar back and did not try to settle out the dispute. We wasted some 2500 dollars for nothing.

This company is cheating. Provide very poor services, we didn't receive software and wanted to cancel it, they charge you restocking fee for more that 1000 dollars which they did not tell you in advance. This is the why how the make money. Be careful! Terrible company!
