They steal your money. Do not sign up this service. Do not give ProjectManager your credit card information. I am a single user subscribed for a $14/month service and they were fraudulently billing me over $200/month. I had to cancel my credit card to get this to stop. Then they immediately emailed me telling me there was a problem with my credit card!! You will not be able to reach their support team or ever hear back from them.

I have been trying to get a refund from Projectmanager.com since April 2020 for an enterprise account with little to no response. It took months to get in touch with our new Customer Success Manager Ben Holland, unfortunately, he is now ignoring emails/calls. I would not recommend using this company for your business!

Total scam. Lack of price transparency. Don't call back. Poor customer service. Not a good tool either. Terrible company and customer service. Shady marketing strategy. I signed up for the free trail (25$) and surprise after I cancelled my subscription (1 day after, not notification or anything before the renewal date) I was charged almost 400$ because in small letters says "25$ per user". When I tried to talk to somebody , it was literally mission impossible. Enjoy your miserable 400$ instead having a long term client if you attitude would have been different. Your software is not

But I could potentially stop you making the same mistake in trusting this company. This company charged me on my first day of the FREE 30 DAY TRAIL (377.00 USD) The company terms and conditions state that you will NOT be charged during the Free 30-Days trial period, but you WILL BE CHARGED on the first day the full monthly fee. I asked PROJECTMANAGER.COM to fully cancel my account and subscription within the 30 Days free trail period. Actually
