We are an Authentic Pilates Method of Body Conditioning Studio; therefore, we only offer private, one-on-one instruction. No group classes here. We focus on the client and their individual needs, designing a workout that corrects muscle imbalances and wrong posture. Pilates Studio 1007 is a tribute studio to our mentor Romana Kryzanowska (1923-2013).

Pilates Studio 1007 is a Santa Monica-based private studio that offers one-on-one instruction only. We do not offer group classes. We focus on looking at the body in front of us to see imbalances and work on correcting them. Our studio only uses Gratz and Pilates Designs by Basil equipment, designed and manufactured to Pilates original specifications.
