Matrix Home Inspection
A Matrix Home Inspection is a step-by-step analysis of the components and mechanical systems in a home that results in an understandable report summarizing any identified issues that may need repair, replacement, or pose a safety hazard.

The inspector will point out problems, explain them to you in detail, and rank them according to their order importance based upon whether they pose a safety issue for occupants or guests, or whether postponing a repair would result in additional damage, and thus a higher repair cost. The inspector will also show you the good points of the home, plus explain what routine maintenance is needed to keep the house in top condition.
Services
Faq
Report
Unique homes and multi-family dwellings generally take longer to inspect, hence the fees for these homes will be higher. However, don't let the price of the inspection determine the selection of your home inspector, or whether you get a home inspection.

The lowest priced inspector is not necessarily a bargain, because the knowledge gained from a Matrix Home Inspection may save you thousands in non-anticipated repairs, or provide you a better negotiating position in the purchase, or sale, of your home. The inspector's qualifications, including their experience, training, and professional affiliations should be your foremost consideration in selecting your inspector.
Pre-Listing Inspection
Report
This is executed before you list your home for sale and can have significant benefits. Eventually your buyers are going to conduct a home inspection and you may as well know what they are going to find by getting there first. It permits you to make repairs ahead of time so that defects won't become negotiating stumbling blocks at a later time.
New Construction / Warranty Inspection
Report
New Construction Inspections are performed at the completion of a construction, but prior to your final walk through with the Builder's Customer Service Representative or Superintendent. It is always a good idea to verify that utilities (gas, water, and electric) have been turned on, either by you or the builder.
Investment Property Inspection
Report
Investment Property Inspections are typically performed prior to purchase, but also periodically during the investment holding period. Pre-purchase inspections are performed prior to taking ownership to identify improvement defects and to facilitate negotiation of repairs or price. Periodic inspection of the properties in your portfolio will help identify deferred maintenance items.
Radon Testing
Report
Radon testing is an additional service provided by Matrix Home Inspection in conjunction with a home inspection, or as a stand- alone service. Radon is naturally occurring and present in both outdoor air and indoor air. The EPA recommends periodic testing in order to monitor radon levels in your home, especially if the lowest levels of your home have been finished and are utilized regularly by family and guests.
