Private Well Testing
We conduct private well inspections and water quality testing for Northeast Ohio properties. Reports include compliance assessments with Ohio EPA standards and recommendations for water treatment systems when necessary.
Septic System Inspections
Our registered service providers perform comprehensive septic system inspections following Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 3701-29. The process includes record review, hydraulic load testing, dye testing, and system mapping. Inspections identify maintenance needs, compliance issues, and potential failures while providing actionable repair recommendations for property transactions.
Radon Gas Testing
Certified radon testing services measure indoor radon levels using continuous monitoring equipment. We follow EPA protocols to detect this odorless radioactive gas, providing detailed reports with mitigation recommendations when levels exceed 4.0 pCi/L. Testing helps protect occupants from long-term health risks associated with radon exposure in residential and commercial buildings.
Commercial Property Inspections
Our commercial inspections assess building systems and structural integrity for business properties. The service follows International Standards of Practice for Commercial Properties, examining electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, and accessibility compliance. Detailed reports help investors and business owners understand property conditions before purchases, leases, or renovations.

Report
Chris inspected the well and septic at a home I am preparing to sell. The appointment was conducted at an efficient pace and he was punctual and showed consideration for the value of my time. He followed up via email to keep me informed of the process, and when to expect a response to the report. He answered questions in a way that was easy to understand. Finally he provided me with the results, and a number of internet links to help me learn about what septic systems and wells are all about. I will definitely recommend him to my real estate clients.

I am a Realtor, and this was my first time using Certified HPI. My buyers and I had a very positive experience with Chris, and I will definitely be using him in the future. Chris is very knowledgeable, and during our inspections, he was happy to educate me and my buyers about the well and septic systems. After our report was completed, he quickly responded to all of my questions and concerns. I highly recommend this company!

No need to shop around and look at other recommendations. Full stop, call Chris for all of your home inspection needs. He answered our first phone call, new his schedule/availability while in the middle of the woods (on another job). He was thorough, professional, and well worth every penny.

Chris was very thorough and explained all the ins and outs of the well inspection for the home we were purchasing. He gave us ballpark prices so we would know what amount we would need to put into fixing anything. I would absolutely recommend and use his company again! Thank you!
