In 2020, i had an unexpected surgery scheduled with dr. berg via nyu langone's ER. perhaps arcadia learned and adjusted from these much earlier negative reviews - while i have no interest in discrediting other patients' concerns, i myself had nothing but positive experiences with the doctor and his staff (and, of course, everyone at the hospital). during a very scary time, everyone i interacted with was informative and kind, which made it much easier to handle. i found myself thinking that i would never want to go anywhere else for future obgyn appointments. i hope you'll give them

Now that Carla is gone, there is no reason to participate in this practice. I am currently trying to get my records and the experience is no different from being a current patient, rude receptionists, absurd wait time, and the need to follow up many, many times. Don't go here.

I'm aghast at how this place is even in business. There's a reason they have open appointments on ZocDoc. Don't book one, because if you do, you'll show up to find out that appointments made on ZocDoc don't integrate into their appointments system. So they have "no record". Then they'll make you sit in the waiting room for 2+ hrs when there aren't even other patients!! The desk staff is as rude as the administration at Woodhull Hospital in Bushwick=NOT GOOD. Completely unprofessional. Unfortunately I had to go in for a follow up appointment. I waited

If I can give this place 0 stars I will. So unprofessional. This place is unbelievably horrid. The receptionists are not attentive and rude. First of all, my name is NOT Penelope. That is my doctor's name. I came in for an urgent matter. You don't return results, you don't call, you don't even give your patients concrete information. Why do I have to fetch my results from you and then find out you don't have it till the following day? To make matters worst, you told me the nurse is too busy to tell me my result (when it finally comes in) and to call back 15 mins later

If I could give negative stars, I would. I've been going to this office for 3 years at least, it's always a nightmare. As many others have said, you will wait at least an hour EVERY time. I also often find that when I call and ask a question, the information I get from the front desk staff is different from what I hear from Dr. Berg. For example, I call to make an appointment for an IUD replacement. The woman on the phone says you can't put a new one in the same day it comes out. I get to the doctor's office and they tell me, "Oh, you have to order the Mirena yourself
