We're currently recruiting for a 26-week online program for individuals who have less than 50 pounds to lose to run on Tuesdays from 7:30 to 8:45pm ET starting in November, and a 52-week online program for individuals who have 50 or more pounds to lose, also starting in November.

We are based at Mount Sinai Morningside Hospital at West 114th Street and Amsterdam Avenue adjacent to the campus of Columbia University on the Upper West Side of Manhattan in New York City.Weight loss groups led by a team of weight loss experts, including a Behavior Therapist, Registered Dietitian, and Exercise Physiologist.

You'll learn how to reduce your calorie intake and modify your diet to reduce your urges and craving for food, yet not feel hungry or deprived. Repeating the same "diet" over and over and expecting a different outcome is the definition of insanity. You wouldn't be looking if what you've done in the past worked for the long term.

40.2% weighed about the same as when they completed the weight loss program (within 10 pounds). 64% did not weigh more than when they started the weight loss program; people who did weigh more weighed an average of only 10 pounds more. Considering that 95% of all people who lose weight supposedly gain it back, we're doing pretty darn good!
