LB Nutrition is owned and operated by Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) Lynette Broom. Lynette applies the intuitive eating approach in her everyday life and in her interactions with clients. In a culture that is saturated with incorrect nutrition information and the newest fad diet, Lynette seeks to bring sound science and her passion for all foods to her clients, in order to help them attain the balance and moderation they desire in their lives.She finds it especially applicable within the field of nutrition.

Lynette holds two degrees from California State University of Long Beach, a Bachelor of Arts in Family and Consumer Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Food Administration. Her interest in the science behind food began at an early age when she took Biology in High School. After completion of her Didactic Program in Dietetics, she completed her Dietetic Internship through CSULB.
